All pieces which have been custom stenciled or stamped, regardless of length or complexity of text, are non-refundable and non-returnable. It is important to remember that we use original stencils and slab stamp markings on our products, therefore, blurred edges, over inking and off center printings are commonplace just like the originals. We do not screen-print or laser-print.

Packages shipped via UPS, regardless of size, can not be shipped to P.O. boxes. UPS does not pick up on Saturdays.

Any item which is not to your satisfaction can be returned within 10 days for a full refund minus return shipping. Any customized items which we have misspelled or otherwise screwed up will be exchanged for a corrected piece. Please take the time to read our customization policies.
