WWII Medical Department ID
Card
W.D,A.G.O. Form No. 65-10
The Early Pattern Medical Department ID Card was standard
issue to all US Army medical personnel (including Combat Medics) during
WWII until it was superseded by the flat 2nd pattern around 1943.
Constructed of heavy brown pig skin paper, these bi-fold booklets
are faithful reproduction of originals down to individualized numbers
printed on every card. Commercially printed and assembled, these cards
are ready for your own photograph and fingerprinting. |
